
Last month I got back to the basics. I finally rededicated myself to consistent training at the beginning of 2014. I didn’t have a New Year’s resolution or anything like that, but knew that I needed some structure with my workouts because I hadn’t seen any results in the past 6-8 months. I’m so glad I did because it made me realize just how important it is to have a plan of action and something that you can follow to help you see results. I’ve put together training programs for 100s of clients and helped many of them see phenomenal results but that doesn’t give me the ability to train myself without a program in place.
