This week I'm sharing a very simple yet valuable tip with you regarding lunch. A lot of times we get so busy with work that lunch is an afterthought. We may grab something quick between meetings or stop by the drive thru in between appointments to keep us from gnawing off our own arm when 3:00 rolls around. So this week I want to remind you not only to remember to eat your lunch, but also think about where and what you're eating during the work week. If you're working 5 days a week for 50 weeks a year, that's 250 meals to either help or hinder your health or fat loss goals. Be smart and use lunch to your advantage!
