Whether you do yoga or pilates, lift weights or run, the most important thing is that you enjoy what you're doing (and who you're doing it with) to stay fit. We can argue all we want on what method is best, but if you have fun staying in shape, odds are you're going to continue to do it long term, which will ultimately bring you the most success!
