There’s a point in every sporting event, usually about midway through the second half of the contest, when the tide turns. A few plays or possessions where one team breaks away from the other. The sports enthusiast can pinpoint those times during the contest and most of the time, those moments end up being the deciding factor in the game. It’s the time in the game where my dad would say “That’s the game” and turn off the TV, knowing that the deflated team didn’t have a chance to comeback.
This week's tip is the first in a series I'm really excited about putting together. There's a ton of information out there on WHAT to eat but not much on HOW to eat, which is arguably just as important. Look for Part 2 coming next week!
