Matt Heyd - OwnerMatt graduated Summa Cum Laude while earning his Movement and Sports Science degree from the University of La Verne. Since then he has dedicated himself to finding the best methods possible to help his clients see results. A relentless pursuit of effective training methods has allowed him to provide fast, powerful solutions to his clients. Matt's worked with 9 year olds and 91 year olds. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and holds 13 other certifications.

Katie Eschner - CoachKatie’s passion for health and wellness comes from being an athlete for most of her life. She started off doing gymnastics for 8 years and then transitioned into playing volleyball full time. Katie earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University (PA). She has worked with a variety of populations including youth, high school, and collegiate athletes, and adults. Seeing clients follow a plan and achieve the goals they set is what Katie really loves about being in the fitness industry. Katie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer.
When Katie isn’t in the gym, you can find her traveling, hiking (she’s trying to hike in every National Park!), catching up on a good book, outside with her dog Kai, or doing some DIY projects at home. |
Dempsey McGovern - CoachDempsey was born and raised in Goshen, NY. At a young age he became passionate about lifting weights and staying healthy. As he got older he realized he wanted to help others do the same. After graduating high school, he moved to Buffalo in 2019 to attend The University at Buffalo and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2022. He then received his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and has since worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds as a personal trainer.
