Register for the free Q and A

On Tuesday, April 28th at 7:30 pm EST, Matt will be hosting a free live stream via Zoom to answer all the questions you have regarding training, pain, and nutrition. Join us to learn more about how you can make progress toward your goals and finally get the results you deserve! Whether you're curious about what to eat, want to know the best way to build strength, or are wondering what you can do to get rid of your shoulder or back pain, we are ready and willing to share all the secrets to help you out.

For the private link to the call, please register below. To increase the likelihood of your questions being answered on the call, we encourage you to fill out the question section ahead of time since there may not be enough time during the call to get to all of them.

If you are unable to make the call live, there will be a recording of the call that will be sent out so you can watch it at a time that's convenient to you.

Here are some questions that were answered in the last Q and A:

-How many days a week should I be exercising?
-What recommendations do you have to help a high school athlete eat better?
-What is the ideal amount of cardio and weight training I should be doing to lose fat?
-Should I try intermittent fasting?
-How important is warming up and cooling down?
-What should I eat before and after my workout?

*P.S. We will keep your questions anonymous so don't be shy!"
