Training with Matt was a very positive experience for me. Matt showed me exercises to increase my flexibility, which resulted in a significant reduction in pain. It was incredible in just one short session how Matt made me feel so much better by relieving the tension and stress in my shoulders and neck. I feel much better in my everyday living, and I don’t feel the pain that I used to feel.
It is obvious that Matt knows his stuff. He takes a holistic approach to pain management. While others often don’t look beyond the site of the pain, Matt understands that it is important to look at a bigger picture. He is not afraid to think outside the box.
